Hi there, I am varve.

I was recommended this site by the renegadepublishing folks, so I thought I'd poke around and see what other communities of creators I could find.

I have been writing for longer than I can remember, I took up drawing and painting more recently, I learned woodworking as a teen, and programming as well.

I'm not migrating here from any other social media or blogging/microblogging site. I ditched algorithmic social media years ago (and glad for it) and never got into places like tumblr or livejournal. In both cases when I heard of them they were where the teens were and I was long since not a teen, so...
